Mission Statement: “The Clinton Parks & Recreation Department is dedicated to creating a better community in which to live and play through quality recreational programming as well as developing and maintaining our town’s open space.

Clinton Parks & Recreation/Fuller Field Commission

The Clinton Parks & Recreation Commission meets monthly to discuss policy and procedure for the operations of the Clinton Parks & Recreation Department. 

Additionally, the Parks and Recreation Commission has been named the Fuller Field Commission. Awaiting decision from the State House for the two boards to formally dissolve into one another. 

The Clinton Parks & Recreation Commission meeting occurs at 6:00pm on the third Wednesday of each month, followed immediately by the Fuller Field Commission meeting.

Open Space Plan

The Clinton Parks and Recreation department will sponsor the updating of Clinton’s Open Space Plan to continue to utilize the variety of grant opportunities available. A new Open Space Plan Committee will be formed in order to accomplish this, made up of different departments and community leaders. Input from the public will be sought after and implemented within the updates. Details to be announced here.



The Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust is a land trust based in Clinton, Massachusetts, dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of open space. Like you, they want to protect the places we love and enjoy these outdoor treasures. Together, we protect the distinct character of Clinton.
